We want you to love your Kokone product.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with a non-custom item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Contact us at kokonetahiti@gmail.com before sending your return.
We’ll provide the return address and instructions by email.

Non-returnable items

All customized or personalized blankets are final sale, unless damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Shipping

Please allow up to 3 business days for production.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days for US and Hawaii.
