2. Eligibility

Our website is open to all customers worldwide.
You do not need to be over 18 to browse or purchase, but orders must be placed by an individual capable of legally entering into a contract under applicable law.

3. Products and Customization

All Kokone Tahiti products are made-to-order, printed individually for each customer.
Colors and placement of designs may slightly vary from digital previews due to the nature of the printing process.

Custom Items

  • Custom or personalized blankets are created based on the customer’s input (text, names, images, etc.).

  • Please review your design carefully before ordering — once submitted, custom orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded unless defective or damaged.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, which accepts major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other supported methods.
Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

5. Production and Shipping

Production Time

Each order is produced on demand.
Please allow up to 3 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from the United States.

  • Average delivery time: 3–6 business days for US and Hawaii.

  • International delivery: 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs delays.

  • Shipping providers vary by region. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, natural events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want every Kokone product to bring joy.
If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers must contact kokonetahiti@gmail.com before returning any product to receive instructions.

Non-returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products are final sale, unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or a refund.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.

8. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on kokonetahiti.com — including logos, designs, product images, photographs, graphics, and text — is the property of Kokone Tahiti or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
